Iran, Land of Religions

When human beings studied magnificent manifestations of creation in the nature, they concluded that creator of all those wonders and all that magnificence and beauty should be bigger and more powerful than all the gods whose statues were made by humans. Now, the thoughtful Man was thinking about God; the merciful God who stood above all and ruled the destiny of the universe. Iran has always been a land of religions through millennia. It is the burying place of 13 prophets as well as renowned religious personalities of Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians, and other religious minorities. The country has also been the birthplace of Zoroastrianism. Iran abounds with all kinds of religious places: some of the earliest churches built in the world as well as thousands of exquisitely built mosques. Coexistence of millions of followers of the said faiths in Iran has turned the country into a land of plurality of religions which is full of cultural diversity and attractions. Followers of all religious faiths have been living peacefully in the country for centuries.
